Abstract

A flow-through electrical heater for conducting liquid, consisting of a hermetically sealed body with installed therein at least one line electrode and at least one neutral electrode and fittings for inlet and outlet of conducting liquid, wherein said electrodes are dielectrically isolated mutually and from the body, wherein the neutral electrode is situated between the line electrode and the body and totally encases said line electrode.
