Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Messsondenvorrichtung für ein Sondenmikroskop, insbesondere ein Rastersondenmikroskop, mit einer Messsondenaufnahme und einer an der Messsondenaufnähme angeordneten Messsonde, die für eine sondenmikroskopische Untersuchung einer Probe eingerichtet ist, wobei an der Messsondenaufnahme eine die Messsonde wenigstens teilweise aufnehmende und auf einer von der Messsondenaufnahme abgewandten Seite offene Messsondenkammer gebildet ist, die konfiguriert ist, eine Flüssigkeit die Messsonde umgebend aufzunehmen. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Messzelle zum Aufnehmen einer flüssigen Probe für ein Sondenmikroskop, ein Rastersondenmikroskop mit einer Messsondenvorrichtung sowie ein Rastersondenmikroskop mit einer Messzelle.
