Abstract

 本発明は、ポリ乳酸系樹脂とPET繊維とを含み、乳酸成分の含有率が50質量%以上であり、230°C以下の混練温度で混練された組成物である射出成形用樹脂組成物を、190~230°Cの射出成形温度で射出成形して、切断面における前記PET繊維周囲のボイドの断面積が前記PET繊維の断面積に対して50%以下であり、内部の前記PET繊維が劣化していない高強度成形品が得られる射出成形品製造方法であり、成形品は従来と比較して高強度であって、例えば複写機やプリンター等の比較的大型で質量が高い製品に用いる部材として適用することができる。
