Abstract

 燃焼ジェットを発生させる燃焼室と、発生された燃焼ジェットが通過し噴出されるバレルとを備えるスプレーガンであって、前記燃焼室は、燃焼ジェットの燃焼温度を調節可能とする不活性ガス供給口を有し、前記バレルは、燃焼ジェット中にコーティング粒子を供給する供給口を有し、コーティング粒子が樹脂であって、温度調節された燃焼ジェットと共にコーティング粒子を噴出口から噴出するとともに、下記式(1)と式(2)を共に満たすバレル内加熱時間tとなるようにバレルの前記供給口から噴出口までの距離(L)が設定されていることを特徴とするスプレーガンと、その制御システムを提供する。     α:粒子の熱拡散率(m2/s)     t:バレル内加熱時間(s)     r:粒子半径(m)    Tav:バレル内の燃焼ジェット平均温度(°C)    Tcp:粒子の付着臨界温度(°C)
