Abstract

　本発明により、ヒダントイン環を有する化合物、例えば下記(E,Z)-2-ベンジルオキシ-5,7-ジアザスピロ[3,4]オクタン-6,8-ジオン（式（１））を、例えばｔ-ブチルエステル誘導体（式（２））に誘導して、晶析することにより、選択的にシン体－monoBoc体を得、その後t-ブチルオキシカルボニル基を脱離させることにより、光学材料、電子材料、医農薬原体及び中間体、診断薬原体及び中間体として重要なヒダントイン環を有する化合物のシン体の選択的製造方法が開示される。
