Abstract

La présente invention concerne un paquet rigide (1) d'aspect essentiellement parallélépipédique, destine à contenir des cigarettes, constitué d'un paquet interne (5) avec un couvercle à charnière (8), et un boîtier ou étui (6) ouvert à l'avant procurant un évidement (20) dans lequel le paquet (5) est emboîté avec l'arrière (11), le haut (14), la base (13) et les côtés (12) disposés en contact respectivement avec l'arrière (17), des parois transversales (19) et des parois longitudinales (18) de l'étui (6), et avec le paquet interne (5) fixé le long du bord de l'angle avant entre le paroi avant (10) et la base (13), au bord libre présenté par une paroi transversale correspondante (19) de l'étui externe (6); le paquet interne (5) est capable de pivoter sur ce bord d'angle, qui sert de charnière (21), entre la position emboîtée et une position en partie extraite de l'étui (6). Le paquet comporte également un élément de liaison (28) fonctionnant entre l'étui (6) et le paquet (5) de manière à entraîner l'ouverture en basculement automatique lorsque le paquet est ouvert.
