Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de culture de tissus osseux. Ledit procédé étant du type selon lequel : on fournit des particules d'un matériau compatible avec le tissu osseux; on fournit des cellules souches de cellules osseuses; on ensemence lesdites particules avec lesdites cellules souches de cellules osseuses; on fournit un fluide nutritionnel (31) contenant des éléments nutritionnels destinés à faire proliférer des cellules osseuses; on délivre lesdits éléments nutritionnels auxdites cellules souches de cellules osseuses par l'intermédiaire d'un écoulement dudit fluide nutritionnel (31); et, selon l'invention on maintient lesdites cellules souches de cellules osseuses à l'intérieur dudit écoulement de façon que ledit écoulement exerce des contraintes mécaniques sur lesdites cellules et que lesdites cellules osseuses prolifèrent sur lesdites particules (35) pour former des granules de tissu osseux implantables. On récupère ensuite lesdits granules de tissus osseux implantables pour les transplanter.
