  • the simplest type of these said satellite receivers are the FTA's (free to air). Encoded / encrypted broadcasts can not be watched with this type of satellite receiver. So as to watch these encoded channels, a decoder which decodes these codes is needed. These kinds of decoders are called Cl - Common Interface or CAM - Conditional Access Module.
  • CAM is a PCMCI module which is designed for satellite receivers and Cl is a socket wherein CAM module can be fixed.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de codage de contenu qui est développé pour crypter des signaux qui sont encodés avec les systèmes d'encodage universels par les diffuseurs dans un serveur (1), et pour les envoyer à l'utilisateur via une ligne de transmission de signal (10) ; comprenant un serveur de système d'encodage (1), une unité d'application (7) dans le serveur de système d'encodage (1) et une unité d'encodage et de sécurité (8) qui envoie les signaux encodés de manière sûre à la sortie de l'unité d'application (7) ; provenant de l'unité d'application (7) fournie par le diffuseur ; avec la sortie (9) via la ligne de transmission de signal (10).
