Abstract

 オレフィン、水素および酸素を用いてそのオレフィンに対応するエポキシ化合物を製造する新たな装置を提供する。装置は、反応器において、触媒の存在下、水素、酸素およびオレフィンを液体溶媒中にて反応させることによって該オレフィンに由来して生成するエポキシ化合物を製造する装置であって、反応器の気相は不活性ガスを含んで成り、反応器の気相および/または液相に、水素、少なくとも90体積%の酸素濃度の酸素含有ガスおよびオレフィンを供給して反応させ、反応生成物を含む液相を反応器から取り出す手段を有する。
