Abstract

 本発明の一の態様に係るコーティングロールの軸受け構造によれば、コーティングロールの重力方向の撓みにのみ追従するように第1軸受部の傾動を許容する第2軸受部を設ける。これにより、コーティングロールが撓んでも、回転時にロールが軸ぶれしたり、軸受の負荷を増大させたりすることなく、撓んだままの状態で一定の回転軸心を形成して回転する。また、コーティングロールに重力方向以外の外力が加わっても、コーティングロールの回転軸心が変動することがない。これにより、高い回転精度を実現できる。
