Abstract

　抑肝散について、より高い品質保証を可能とする、試験管内試験によるバイオアッセイ系を見出すことを目的とし、チアミンが欠乏した状態で培養されるアストログリア細胞に、抑肝散を含有する被検試料を添加し、培養アストログリア細胞のグルタミン酸もしくはニュートラルレッドの取り込み量から抑肝散の薬理活性価を評価することを特徴とする抑肝散のバイオアッセイ方法を提供する。
