Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant qui utilise un nombre réduit de pièces de structure, dans laquelle un filtre n'est pas déplacé ou délogé et dans laquelle le bruit de frappe se produisant lorsqu'un élément de soupape est en appui est réduit. La soupape d'injection de carburant comprend un corps de soupape ayant une ouverture au niveau de sa tête, l'élément de soupape coulissant dans le corps de soupape et ouvrant et fermant l'ouverture dans le corps de soupape, une armature à laquelle l'élément de soupape est fixé, un ressort pour entraîner l'armature vers le côté d'ouverture, et un solénoïde électromagnétique pour déplacer l'armature contre la force de poussée du ressort dans la direction opposée à l'ouverture. La soupape d'injection de carburant injecte du carburant lorsqu'un courant électrique est appliqué au solénoïde électromagnétique pour déplacer l'armature. L'armature est faite dans un matériau métallique poreux pour permettre à un carburant amené du côté de la buse d'injection de passer à travers l'armature.
