Abstract

Disclosed is a curable resin composition comprising a vinyl polymer (A) whose structural monomer units are partially or entirely composed of (meth)acrylate units, a compound (B) having a carboxyl group and a molecular weight of not more than 1000, and an oxyalkylene polymer (C) having a hydrolyzable silyl group. The oxyalkylene polymer (C) serves as a base resin, and the vinyl polymer (A) serves as a plasticizer. By containing the compound (B) having a carboxyl group and a molecular weight of not more than 1000, the curing rate of the composition after a long time from the production is not changed much from the curing rate right after the production. It is preferable that the blending amount of the compound (B) having a carboxyl group is not less than 0.01 part by mass but not more than 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total of the vinyl polymer (A) and the oxyalkylene polymer (C).
