Abstract

L'installation comporte, rassemblés sur un même bâti (6) : un poste (11) de prise en charge, un poste (12) d'encaissage, une tête (13) de manipulation aménagée pour prendre un lot de produits (1) qui se présente sous la forme d'un rang audit poste (11) de prise en charge et pour le transférer audit poste (12) d'encaissage dans une rangée d'alvéoles (4) de la ou des caisses à remplir, - une structure (14) pour réaliser le guidage des produits (1) à l'entrée des alvéoles (4), laquelle structure (14) comprend une grille (22) qui s'étend longitudinalement au-dessus des caisses (2). La grille (22) est munie de plusieurs trémies (15) disposées en ligne et dont le nombre correspond au nombre d'alvéoles (4) de chaque rang de la ou des caisses (2) à remplir et cette grille (22) est mobile, d'une part, verticalement au-dessus desdites caisses (2) entre une position escamotée qui permet le passage desdites caisses (2) et une position dans laquelle lesdites trémies (15) sont en position active pour canaliser chaque produit vers son alvéole (4) et, d'autre part, transversalement par rapport au sens de déplacement desdites caisses (2) pour remplir chaque rangée d'alvéoles (4), les unes à la suite des autres. La section de l'entrée des trémies (15) est de l'ordre de deux fois celle des alvéoles (4) à remplir.
