Abstract
この発明は、簡易かつ安価な設備で、試料中の生体小分子を検出することを目的とする。そのために、試料S中の生体小分子が光学的に検出される。具体的には、生体小分子との相互作用が可能なアプタマーを含む試料Sに対して励起光Leが照射されるとともに、この励起光Leの照射により試料S内に生ずる光熱効果を測定するための測定光L2が照射される。この測定光L2の位相変化から、励起光Leによる試料Sの光熱効果が測定され、その測定信号の時間変化に基づいて生体小分子とそのアプタマーとの相互作用の発生の有無が判断される。
