Abstract

　本発明は、缶蓋の積み重ね性を損なわず、指掛かり性が改善されるイージーオープン缶蓋を提供することを目的とし、さらに本イージーオープン缶蓋の簡便で量産可能な製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 　本発明のイージーオープン缶蓋１は、パネル３の中央からリングタブ７のタブテール１５の方向に対して、パネル３の中央が最凹部となるように傾斜面２３が形成され、リングタブ７の下面が傾斜面２３に当接若しくは沿って近接されており、リングタブ７は、上方からの押しつぶし加工によって形成された窪みＳを有し、窪みＳによってリングタブが折り曲げられていることを特徴とする。本発明のイージーオープン缶蓋１の製造方法は、リングタブ７をパネル３に固着する工程の後又は固着する工程と同時に、リングタブ７のアウターランスの一部に上方から押しつぶし加工を施す工程を有することを特徴とする。
