Abstract

合成収率が高く実用的な方法で合成でき、インフルエンザウイルスの感染阻害活性が向上されたシアロ糖鎖含有ポリマーおよびその製造方法を提供する。下記構造式(I)で表され、γ-ポリグルタミン酸に末端にアミノ基とカルボキシル基を有する化合物をリンカーとしてシアロ糖鎖を結合させたN結合型シアロ糖鎖含有ポリマー。 式(I) (式中、Zは水酸基又は式(II)で表される残基を意味し、nは10以上の整数を示す。ただし、いずれか1以上のZは式(II)で表される残基である。) 式(II) (式中、Xは水酸基又はアセチルアミノ基、Y1及びY2は水酸基又はN-アセチルノイラミン酸残基、Lは炭化水素を意味し、mは0又は1もしくは2の整数を示す。ただし、Y1とY2は同一でない。)
