Abstract
相対的に低い温度で焼結することができるとともに、高温下での機械的強度を高めることが可能な高温構造材料と、その高温構造材料から本体部が構成された固体電解質形燃料電池用セパレータを提供する。高温構造材料は、3価のイットリウムイオンと、5価のタンタルイオンまたは/および5価のニオブイオンとが添加された正方晶のジルコニアを主成分として含む。固体電解質形燃料電池用セパレータ(1)は、電気絶縁性の酸化物からなる本体部(10)と、この本体部(10)に形成された電気導電性の電子通路部(20)とを備えた固体電解質形燃料電池用セパレータであって、本体部(10)が上記の高温構造材料からなる。
