Abstract

高濃度のホウ素、フッ素、セレン、六価クロム、ヒ素等を含む土壌、灰などの効率的かつ経済的な溶出抑制を可能とする有害物質の不溶化剤を提供する。軽焼マグネシアと、生石灰又は消石灰とを含有させた。酸性物質を含有し、軽焼マグネシアと生石灰又は消石灰、酸性物質との配合重量比を、1.0:(0.1~1.0):(0.0~2.0)の範囲とすれば被処理物に加えて混練したときの被処理物のpHが10.5以上12.5以下となる。さらに、還元剤を含有させてもよい。土壌や灰等に含まれる高濃度のホウ素、フッ素の溶出抑制を確実に、経済的に行うことができる。また、セレン、ヒ素、六価クロム等を含む、複合汚染の溶出抑制を、効率よく一括処理することが可能である。本発明の有害物質不溶化剤を用いて無害化された土壌や焼却灰などは堅固に硬化するため、安全にリサイクル利用することができる。
