Abstract

環境適合性に優れた、植物由来の原料を用いる生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂発泡粒子及びその成形体であって、高発泡化しても高剛性を維持し、且つ耐熱性を有する生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂発泡粒子及び成形体を提供する。式：［－Ｏ－ＣＨＲ－ＣＨ２－ＣＯ－］（Ｒは、ＣｎＨ２ｎ＋１で示されるアルキル基を表す。ｎは１～１５の整数を表す。）で示される一種以上の繰り返し単位からなる重合体（ポリ（３－ヒドロキシアルカノエート））及びポリ乳酸系樹脂からなる基材樹脂と、イソシアネート化合物とを溶融混練して得た樹脂組成物を発泡させることで製造された生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂発泡粒子。当該樹脂発泡粒子を金型に充填し、次いで加熱成形することで成形体を作製する。
