Abstract
比較的低濃度の銀イオン含有液からでも効果的に銀を分離除去して回収することができ、短時間で銀を分離除去することが可能な銀の除去方法と、それを応用した洗濯機を提供する。銀の除去方法は、銀イオンを含む液体にShewanella oneidensisまたはShewanella algaeの細菌を接触させることによって、液体中の銀の濃度を低下させる方法である。洗濯機(1)は、繊維構造体に銀イオンを付与することが可能な洗濯機であって、洗濯に用いられる水に接触するように配置され、銀イオンを含む水にShewanella oneidensisまたはShewanella algaeの細菌を接触させることによって、水中の銀の濃度を低下させる銀回収ユニット(200)を備える。
