Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un connecteur qui parvient à l'augmentation d'une vitesse de fabrication de connecteur et réduit la perte de contacts. Une douille (10) d'un connecteur (1) est formée par deux étapes séparées consistant en une étape de moulage primaire et une étape de moulage secondaire. Dans l'étape de moulage primaire, une partie (12) de base de corps de douille et un support de résine (25) sont moulés d'un seul tenant. Un contact de douille (30) peut être disposé à une position désirée de la partie (12) de base de corps de douille par l'assemblage d'un support métallique (35) avec le contact de douille (30)couplé à celui-ci dans le support de résine (25). Ultérieurement, l'élément assemblé est mis dans le moule métallique du moulage secondaire (70), et un moulage d'insert est réalisé. Etant donné qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de disposer directement le contact de douille (30) dans le moule métallique du moulage secondaire (70), on peut parvenir à une amélioration du rendement de travail et à une augmentation de la vitesse de fabrication de connecteur. En outre, étant donné qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de mettre au rebut une partie du contact de douille (30) contrairement à la technique antérieure, le problème de perte de contacts peut être résolu.
