Abstract

　帆布の継ぎ部に所定の強度を持たせることができるとともに、駆動ローラが帆布の継ぎ部を通過する際の振動や騒音を防止することができるマンコンベア用移動手摺を提供する。このため、熱可塑性エラストマー材から形成された横断面Ｃ字状を呈する環状の芯体内面に沿って帆布を設けるとともに、継ぎ部において隣接する帆布の各端部の表面を、移動手摺の内面を形成する他の部分の表面よりも芯体側に凹んだ状態に形成する。また、帆布の上記端部間に形成された隙間を覆うように、帆布の端部間に当て布を設ける。そして、上記当て布のうち、芯体の平坦部に対応する部分の表面を、隣接する帆布の表面に対して面一に配置し、芯体の湾曲部に対応する部分の表面を、隣接する帆布の表面に対して凹んだ状態に配置する。
