Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de génération d'éléments de lecture appariés dans un procédé de séquençage par synthèse, en particulier dans des systèmes présentant des longueurs d'éléments de lecture relativement courtes (par exemple, 15-35 bases), tels que par exemple, dans le séquençage d'une molécule unique par synthèse. Plusieurs mises en œuvre de ces procédés sont proposées. Les procédés qui permettent le re-séquençage de la matrice, qui donne des taux d'erreurs inférieurs, sont particulièrement avantageux.
