Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'un nucléotide dans un échantillon d'une manière simple et très efficace. L'invention concerne également un réactif d'extraction de nucléotides. L'invention concerne en outre une trousse de réactifs pour mesurer un nucléotide, laquelle comprend le réactif d'extraction de nucléotides. Un nucléotide (par ex., ATP, GTP et/ou UTP) dans un échantillon peut être extrait de l'échantillon avec un degré élevé d'efficacité en utilisant une solution qui contient un composé phénolique. Un réactif d'extraction comprenant un composé phénolique peut être utilisé dans la mesure de l'ATP ou similaires. Il devient également possible d'obtenir une trousse de réactifs pour mesurer l'ATP, laquelle comprend le réactif d'extraction.
