Abstract

A method and system designed to reduce the amount of chlorine infused into water systems that includes one or more magnet pairs that are placed within a frame with compartments, which in turn is placed within a pipe or filter housing so that the water circulates in a cyclic manner through the magnetic field created in the pipe or filter housing.
