Abstract

Une installation aquatique comportant une structure de marche dans l'eau immergée constitue une installation de jeu aquatique qui peut être utilisée sans danger, non seulement par des adultes, mais également par des personnes handicapées et par des enfants. L'installation aquatique comprend des corps flottants (10 et 10') prévus pour flotter à la surface de l'eau; une structure de marche (20) placée au-dessous et reliée aux deux corps flottants, ce qui forme ainsi un plancher; et des rails (30 et 30') qui relient chaque bord de la structure de marche respectivement à un des corps flottants. La structure de marche est supportée par les corps flottants de manière à être immergée dans l'eau et à se trouver sous sa surface.
