Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode de traitement d'un tissu ou d'un organe chez un sujet par administration directe d'une quantité efficace d'une matrice extracellulaire décellularisée exogène ou d'un mélange de matrice extracellulaire et de cellules souches mésenchymateuses dans le site d'activité souhaité, tel que la cavité de la moelle osseuse. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement de la moelle osseuse permettant d'augmenter le nombre de cellules souches et progénitrices en circulation. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la matrice extracellulaire décellularisée à administrer directement se présente sous la forme d'un agent thérapeutique à libération prolongée.
