Abstract

The invention relates to a photobioreactor for the culture of photosynthetic microorganisms, in particular micro-algae, that comprises a housing containing photosynthetic microorganisms and a feeding medium, wherein the micro-organisms are in contact with the feeding medium and exposed to solar radiation. According to the invention, at least a portion of said housing is made of a flexible structure supported by the pressure of a gas contained inside said housing.
