Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'extraction d'une quantité substantielle du contenu aqueux d'un liquide utilisé pour la dialyse. L'extraction se fait par une simple osmose durant laquelle l'eau est extraite suivant un gradient de concentration pour diluer une solution électrolytique concentrée, puis par une osmose inverse durant laquelle une quantité supplémentaire d'eau est extraite et utilisée afin de poursuivre la dilution du concentré et d'obtenir ainsi un liquide de dialyse régénéré. Un procédé complémentaire d'élimination de l'urée vient s'ajouter au traitement par osmose. En supprimant la nécessité d'utiliser une grande quantité d'eau exogène, la présente invention permet la construction d'unités de dialyse portables et mobiles.
