Abstract

L'invention porte sur un alliage métallique qui peut être collé de façon tenace à une partie adhérée à l'aide d'un adhésif époxy en soumettant l'alliage à un traitement de surface selon la NAT (technologie de nano-adhésion). Cette technologie permet de produire un composite d'un alliage métallique et d'un CFRP avec un adhésif époxy. Pour augmenter davantage la force d'adhérence entre l'alliage métallique et le CFRP, des nanotubes de carbone sont ajoutés à l'adhésif époxy. Par conséquent, les nanotubes de carbone pénètrent des renfoncements et des saillies, ayant une taille de l'ordre du micromètre, formés dans la surface d'alliage métallique, et améliorent la force d'adhérence. Ainsi, un élément constitué d'un alliage métallique et d'un CFRP collé de façon tenace à celui-ci peut être obtenu. Cet élément est extrêmement léger en dépit de la haute adhérence. En utilisant l'alliage métallique pour constituer une partie d'extrémité de l'élément, l'élément et une autre partie peuvent être facilement assemblés à l'aide d'un écrou et d'une vis, etc., et facilement démontés.
