Abstract
A control device (10) for a die-cushion device (5) comprises a speed detection unit for detecting the speed of a slide (11) or a movable portion (21) during press molding and outputting the detected speed, an operation control unit (27) for controlling the operation of the die-cushion device (5) according to the detected speed, and a correction unit (29) for correcting, according to the estimated acceleration/deceleration value of the slide which is previously known or previously estimated at each time point during press molding, the detected speed at each time point. When the detected speed is corrected by the correction unit, the operation control unit (27) controls the operation of the die-cushion device (5) according to the corrected detected speed.
