Abstract

Disclosed is an upper/lower body exercise machine used as being held by a user's hand or foot, enabling a user to strengthen muscles and joints by holding the exercise machine by hand or putting his or her foot on the exercise machine and performing various exercises. The exercise machine includes a plate member having a substantially triangular shape; and three casters. The plate member includes caster receiving parts disposed at lower parts of three angular corners in the form of a circular recess to mount the respective casters therein and accordingly reduce an overground height of the plate member, and the plate member further includes a gripping and footing part to be held by the user's hand or put the user's foot thereon. The gripping and footing part may include a heel insertion part in the form of a hole or a recess for inserting the user's heel therein.
