Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixage permettant de réduire rapidement la répartition de température restante due à une hystérésis de température même si l'impression (fixage) est réalisée avec la répartition de température restante et permettant une impression (fixage) efficace par le raccourcissement du temps d'attente jusqu'au commencement de l'impression (fixage). Le dispositif de fixage comprend des moyens chauffants, des moyens de détection de température et des moyens de contrôle. Les moyens chauffants comportent une couche conductrice magnétiquement perméable faite d'un matériau de dérivation magnétique qui présente un magnétisme à température ambiante et perd son magnétisme à une température prédéterminée et au-dessus de celle-ci. Les moyens de détection de température comportent des éléments de détection de température destinés à détecter les températures en différentes positions disposées dans le sens de la largeur des moyens chauffants. Les moyens de contrôle sélectionnent un élément de détection de température utilisé pour le contrôle de la température des moyens chauffants parmi les éléments de détection de température selon les sorties des éléments de détection de température et contrôlent la température des moyens chauffants selon la sortie de l'élément de détection de température sélectionné.
