Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique ignifuge qui est composée d'une résine thermoplastique contenant un organopolysiloxane et un composé de phosphore. La composition de résine thermoplastique ignifuge est caractérisée en ce que l'organopolysiloxane est un organopolysiloxane spécifique qui comporte un groupe phényle et en ce que le composé de phosphore est présent en une quantité de 20 à 500 ppm, en termes de l'élément phosphore, par rapport à la composition de résine thermoplastique. L'invention concerne également une fibre ignifuge qui utilise la composition de résine thermoplastique ignifuge, un procédé de production d'une telle fibre ignifuge, un agent ignifuge à base de silicone pour résines thermoplastiques et un procédé de production d'un agent ignifuge à base de silicone pour résines thermoplastiques. La composition de résine thermoplastique ignifuge présente un excellent caractère ignifuge et un effet d'inhibition des égouttures, et ne génère pas de benzène lors d'un procédé de mise en forme qui comprend un traitement thermique, tout en permettant d'obtenir une sécurité satisfaisante lors de la production.
