Abstract
長寿命でエネルギーロスも少ない耐用性の高い高炉炉床用れんがを提供する。主成分がアルミナとアルミニウム粉末とからなり、アルミナを85~99質量%とアルミニウム粉末を1~15質量%含有し、且つ、炭素質原料を含有せず、Si含有量が3質量%以下である耐火原料配合物、又は主成分がアルミナと炭素質原料とアルミニウム粉末とからなり、アルミナを55~94質量%と炭素質原料を5~30質量%とアルミニウム粉末を1~15質量%含有し、且つ、Si含有量が3質量%以下である耐火原料配合物に、バインダーを添加して混練し成形後、窒素雰囲気下又は炭素粒中で1000°C以上で焼成して得られた高炉炉床用アルミニウム化合物結合れんがである。
