Abstract

Procédé de perçage d'un bouchon dans une conduite d'écoulement au moyen d'un outil de perçage télécommandé à fonctionnement électrique qui comprend un trépan, un moyen de direction, un moyen de pompage et un système de propulsion, ledit outil de forage étant relié soit directement soit indirectement à un câble électrique et le trépan étant monté sur le moyen de direction. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : introduction de l'outil de forage dans la conduite d'écoulement; actionnement du système de propulsion électrique pour amener l'outil de forage dans la conduite d'écoulement sur le point de blocage; actionnement du moyen de direction électrique de manière à aligner le trépan soit sur le bouchon; actionnement du trépan électrique de sorte pour qu'il prenne dans le bouchon et fore dans celui-ci; et actionnement de la pompe électrique de sorte que lorsque le trépan est en prise avec le blocage, le fluide présent dans la conduite d'écoulement adjacente au blocage s'écoule sur les surfaces de coupe du trépan et évacue les déblais du bouchon à l'écart des surfaces de coupe du trépan dans le fluide.
