Abstract

L'invention concerne un détecteur de radiations ionisantes comprenant un boîtier contenant une photodiode à avalanche en contact par sa face photosensible avec le matériau scintillateur par l'intermédiaire d'un coupleur optique, un préamplificateur du signal électrique de la photodiode à avalanche. Ce détecteur est compact, portatif et très robuste. Il détecte les rayonnements X ou gamma avec une excellente résolution pouvant être inférieure à 3% sous 662keV.
