Abstract

The present invention relates to a support bracket (10), particularly for suspended sanitary systems, comprising: - a main body (11) having a structure comprising two substantially L-shaped sections (12, 13) connected to one another, - first fixing means suitable for fixing the main body (11) to a first section (12) on a support wall (14), - second fixing means suitable for fixing the sanitary system (15) to the second section (13) on the main body (11). The second fixing means comprise - a runner (17) suitable for sliding along a guide (16) defined along a first side of the second section (13) and inclined in the direction of the connecting region of the two sections (12, 13), wherein the second side of the second section (13) is suitable for coming into contact with the sanitary system (15), - an element for fastening the sanitary system (15) to the second section (13), said element being suitable for connecting the sanitary system (15) to the runner (17), said element extending through a first hole (18) defined in the second section (13). The runner (17) and the main body (11) are present as one body and are connected by elastic connectors (19).

Description

 HOLDING BARS, ESPECIALLY FOR SUSPENDED SANITARY EQUIPMENT

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a headband, in particular for suspended sanitary facilities.

Sanitary appliances of the suspended type are now used for many years and more and more appreciated.

These sanitary facilities are based, generally hidden in the sanitary device, on holding elements which are cantilevered to a support wall, so that the sanitary device does not stand up on the floor.

The resulting functional advantages are associated above all with the better level of hygiene, since they ensure the possibility of easy cleaning of the sanitary device surrounding areas of the floor and the wall.

In addition, the sanitary fixtures of the suspended type usually have a simpler structure and aesthetics, which is more appreciated compared to the conventional sanitary facilities.

The disadvantages of sanitary fixtures of the suspended type are mainly related to the means by which they are fixed to the wall.

Of the fastening solutions known today, the one which provides threaded elements projecting from a supporting frame embedded in the wall and on which the sanitary device is correspondingly provided with elongated holes defined therein, is particularly simple. At the inserted into the slots of the sanitary threaded elements nut screws are tightened to set the sanitary device to the wall.

This solution is hardly appreciated due to the fact that the mounting area is visible on the wall.

Another known solution has brackets which can be fastened to the threaded elements projecting from the wall.

These brackets have a foot for attachment to the wall, from which a section extends perpendicularly, on which a longitudinal slot is defined.

This section is also designed as a guide, which is inclined towards the mounting foot and is adapted to receive a connected to the sanitary device by means of a screw runners.

The guide allows the runner to slide on it while preventing it from rotating so as to prevent it from being taken in rotation by the screw and allowing it to be screwed there, being tightened on the guide ,

On the opposite side of the sanitary device holes are provided, which are substantially parallel to the contact surface of the sanitary device on the wall, which are suitable for receiving screws, which are adapted to screw at the end inserted into the sanitary device in the runners.

The sanitary device is fastened to the wall in which the straps are fastened, by approximating that the shafts of the screws in the Slots of the bracket are introduced, wherein at the end of the screws, the runners are screwed.

With the insertion of the screw shafts into the slots, the runners are received in the guides.

When the user tightens the screws, the runners are pulled against the guides, easily sliding on them and taking the sanitary device with them.

So the sanitary device attaches to the wall and is fixed there.

This solution does not allow a particularly convenient attachment of the sanitary device. In fact, the user must experiment to insert the screw shafts into the slots of the stirrups.

Another solution known today proposes a metallic bracket which has a wall-mountable portion and another portion which is substantially L-shaped with the first and to which a guide inclined to the first portion is formed a longitudinal slot is defined, in which a sleeve provided with a female threaded socket is slidably inserted.

The internally threaded seat is adapted to receive a screw for tightening the sanitary device to the bracket.

For attaching the sanitary device to the wall, the bracket is fixed to the wall, then the sanitary device is suspended there so that the lateral holes for inserting the screws for fastening to the bracket with the sockets are aligned. - A -

Once the sanitary device is inserted, it is secured to the bracket by tightening its fastening screws in the female threaded bushes.

During tightening, the inner gland bushing slides lightly along the guide, taking the sanitary fixture with it and mooring it against the wall.

Although this solution is simple, it has the disadvantage that a metal-ceramic contact between bracket and sanitary device occurs, which is the cause of noise and the risk that the ceramic of the sanitary device is struck.

The object of the present invention is to provide a retaining clip, in particular for suspended sanitary facilities, which circumvents the disadvantages of the listed solutions, by allowing a convenient fastening of the sanitary device to the wall.

Within the scope of this object, an object of the invention is to provide a headband which allows the demounting of the sanitary device from the wall and easy re-assembly thereof.

Another object of the invention is to provide a retainer with a simple structure and ease of use, which can be manufactured at a moderate cost.

This object, as well as these and other objects, which will become clearer hereinafter, is achieved by a retaining clip, in particular for suspended sanitary devices, characterized in that it comprises:

A main body having a structure composed of two substantially L-shaped interconnected sections, first fastening means adapted to fix the main body to a first portion of said two sections on a sanitary fixture wall,

second attachment means adapted to secure the sanitary device to the second portion of said two sections on the main body, the second attachment means comprising:

a runner adapted to slide along a guide defined on a first side of the second section and inclined to the connecting portion of the two sections, the second side of the second section being adapted to be connected to the sanitary device at the attachment area thereof at the second Section to come in plant,

- An element for holding the sanitary device to the second portion, which is adapted to connect the sanitary device with the rotor, wherein it passes through a first hole defined in the second portion, wherein the rotor and the main body are present as a body connected through flexible webs.

With reference to the above figures, the reference numeral 10 indicates a retaining clip, in particular for suspended sanitary appliances, which has the special property of comprising:

a main body 11 having a structure composed of two substantially L-shaped sections 12, 13,

first fastening means suitable for fixing the main body 11 to a first section 12 of said two sections 12, 13 on a supporting wall 14 for the sanitary device 15,

second fastening means suitable for fixing the sanitary device 15 to the second section 13 of said two sections 12, 13 on the main body 11.

These second attachment means include: a runner 17 adapted to slide along a guide 16 defined on a first side of the second section 13 and inclined to the connecting portion of the two sections 12, 13, the second side of the second section 13 being adapted to the sanitary device 15 at the attachment portion thereof to the second portion 13 to come into abutment,

Conveniently, the mooring element comprises: a screw 23 for fixing the sanitary device 15 to the second section 13, which can be introduced through the first hole 18 and through a through-hole 24 defined in the rotor 17,

a second nut 25 disposed in the cavity 24 and integral with the runner 17 adapted to receive the screw 23 inserted through the first hole 18 and passing through the cavity 24,

The screw 23 is to be tightened on the second nut 25 to fix the sanitary device 15 to the second section 13.

The first hole 18 and the second hole 21 are conveniently formed as elongated holes to allow sliding therein transversely of the screw 23 and the threaded member 20, respectively, to accommodate attachment of the sanitary device 15 to the support wall 14.

Advantageously, a sleeve 26 made of plastic is provided which is adapted to surround the screw 23 so as to lay between them and the edges of their insertion hole 27 through the sanitary device 15.

In addition, at least one support surface 28 of the sanitary device 15 is defined on the first portion 12 on the main body 1 1 corresponding to the first portion 12 to support the sanitary device 15 on the part of the bracket 10 attached to the wall 14.

At the second portion 13, teeth 29 for holding the rotor 17 are advantageously defined, which counteract the loosening of the rotor 17 of the second portion 13 when the screw 23 is unscrewed from the nut 25, in particular when the webs 19 are broken.

A particular embodiment of the retaining clip according to the invention, which is not shown in the accompanying drawings, is as holes for inserting the screws, which are suitable for fixing the sanitary device to the brackets, to use the holes, which are realized on the sanitary device, to attach the lid there.

In this way, attaching the suspended sanitary device to the wall does not require the presence of dedicated holes for the screws defined on its sides, since for this purpose the holes intended to secure the cover to the sanitary device are used ,

Another embodiment of the retaining clip according to the invention is to attach the sanitary device to use holes that are provided on the sanitary device in the vicinity of the designated holes for securing the lid and extending substantially parallel to the latter.

In particular, for the use of holding brackets according to the invention, which are attachable to the sanitary device to the holes intended to secure the lid or holes adjacent thereto, provides a headband 100a on at least one side of its first portion 112 before coupling means, conveniently buckles 130, for a connecting element 140 for connection to another headband 100b.

Advantageously, the buckles 130 are provided on opposite sides of the first portions 112 of the headband 100a and 100b.

The connecting element 140 is suitable for the fixed and detachable connection of the two holding straps 100a and 100b, which are provided with the buckles 130, which are suitable for receiving suitably shaped end pieces. Conveniently, the connecting element 140 is a carrier made of metallic material or plastic, which has at the ends lugs 141 which are einklemmend inserted into the buckles 130.

Two headband according to the invention, which are connected by this connecting element, so can be easily aligned and mounted on the wall at horizontally aligned positions to ensure proper installation of the sanitary device.

Conveniently, plugs 31 are provided which are suitable for closing the holes intended for fastening the retaining clip in order to hide them and to prevent the deposition of dirt in these holes.

The use of the retaining clip 10 according to the invention is the following.

For attaching a sanitary device 15 in a suspended manner on a wall 14 is applied to the wall 14, two threaded elements 20, which are usually part of a spindle, which protrudes from a recessed in the wall holding structure.

Then, the main body 1 1 of the same number of brackets 10 are attached to these threaded elements 20.

More specifically, for fixing the main body 11 of the bracket 10 to the wall 14, the bracket 10 corresponding to the second hole 21 is guided on the threaded member 20 and fixed there by tightening the first nut 22 on the threaded member 20.

When the sanitary device 15 rests on the bearing surfaces 28 of the bracket 10 fixed to the wall 14, the insertion holes 27 face the first holes 18 which are formed in the main body of the bracket 10. Through the insertion holes 27, the screws 23 are inserted and tightened to the second nuts 25, which are received in the cavities 24 of the respective rotor 17.

When tightening the screws 23 on the second nuts 25 give the webs 19 and the runners 17 go into abutment on the corresponding guides 16 and are held by the teeth 29, which hold on the runners 17, in abutment on them.

During tightening, the runners 17 tend to slide on the guides 16, moving towards the first portion 12 of the main body 1 1 of the bracket and carrying with it the sanitary device 15 which in this way abuts against the wall 14.

This sliding is also possible by the special design of the first holes 18 as slots, which allow the shafts of the screws 23 in the transverse direction to slide in them, while the sanitary device 15 is pulled through the runners 17.

If the sanitary device is removed from the bracket 10, the rotor 17 is held by the teeth 19 on the main body 11, so that when the sanitary device is mounted again, re-screwing the screws 23 in the received in the rotor 17 second nut 25th is comfortable.

In practice, it has been found how the invention solves the problem and achieves the objectives set by a headband, especially for suspended sanitary facilities is realized, which allows a convenient attachment of the sanitary device to the wall, in addition, easy disassembly and reassembly same allows. The invention thus conceived may undergo numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept. In addition, all details can be replaced by other, technically equivalent elements.

In practice, the materials used, insofar as they are compatible with the specific purpose, and the dimensions and shapes are freely selectable according to the requirements and the state of the art.

Whenever reference is made in a claim to the mentioned features and techniques to reference numerals, these reference signs have been incorporated solely for the purpose of better understanding of the claims and consequently have no limiting effect on the design of any element exemplified by such reference numerals.

1.
