Abstract

　消化管間質腫瘍症例において、予後不良症例と予後良好症例を高判別率で識別 する腫瘍マーカーを提供する。 　消化管間質腫瘍を患う患者のうち、ＤＤＸ３９の発現に基づき定義された 患者の消化管間質腫瘍を処置するための医薬組成物であって、下式（Ｉ）： で示される４－（４－メチルピペラジン－１－イルメチル）－Ｎ－［４－メチル－３－（ ４－ピリジン－３－イル）ピリミジン－２－イルアミノ）フェニル］－ベンズアミドまた は薬学的に許容されるその塩を活性成分として含む医薬組成物、ならびに、消化管間質腫 瘍を患う患者の予後を予測するためのキットおよび方法が提供される。
