 フィルムの巻取方向と45度の角度をなす方向の屈折率とそれに90度の角度をなす方向の屈折率との差異Δnabが0.015以上0.060以下であって、下記要件を満たすポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂フィルム。(1)熱収縮応力値の差が160°Cにおいて0.5MPa以下、(2)HS150の最大値と最小値の差が0.1%以下、(3)HS150が0.7%以上2.0%以下、(4)厚み変動率が7%以下、(5)フィルムの厚みが25μm以上60μm未満。
