Abstract

　本発明の１－（２－（４－（（２，３－ジヒドロ（１，４）ジオキシノ（２，３－ｃ）ピリジン－７－イルメチル）アミノ）ピペリジン－１－イル）エチル）－７－フルオロ－１，５－ナフチリジン－２（１Ｈ）－オン１水和物は、強い抗菌活性および高い安全性を有し、医薬の原薬として有用である。また、本発明の製造法は、１－（２－（４－（（２，３－ジヒドロ（１，４）ジオキシノ（２，３－ｃ）ピリジン－７－イルメチル）アミノ）ピペリジン－１－イル）エチル）－７－フルオロ－１，５－ナフチリジン－２（１Ｈ）－オン１水和物の製造に有用である。
