Abstract
This aims to provide a rolled-film manufacturing apparatus (10) for manufacturing a rolled film (18) by rewinding the film (12) wound on a material film (14), on a core (16). The rolled-film manufacturing apparatus (10) comprises a delivery unit (36) for delivering the film (12) out of the material film (14), a transfer unit (42) for transferring the film (12) delivered out, and a winding unit (46) for revolving the core (16), thereby to wind the film (12) in a rolled shape while forming an air layer due to the thickness of a spacer (24) between the films (12) of the individual overlying layers. This also aims to provide a band-shaped member transferring apparatus comprising spacer transfer mechanisms (88L and 88R) for delivering the spacer (24) by a predetermined length from a spacer material film (92), thereby to form a free loop portion (102) which is caused to depend by the weight of the spacer (24) itself.
