Abstract

【課題】高圧均質化装置の冷却装置に関し、食品、調味料、飲料、化学品、医薬品、化粧品、各種合成樹脂等の微細な原料を液体に含む懸濁液や半流動物よりなる原料を、高圧力に圧縮し、オリフィスから高速度にて通過させて原料の分散、乳化、破砕等の処理や細分化を行う高圧均質化装置がオリフィスにて発生する熱を冷却し、オリフィスの微細な間隙を適正に確保し、長時間の運転を保証する。 【解決手段】シリンダーケース３に冷媒６を流通可能な多数の通路部８を連続して有する熱交換手段７を、発熱源としてのオリフィスを中心に周囲に軸長方向Ｘにわたり所望長さＬに設けた。
