 HV_ECUは、充電ケーブルが車両のインレットに接続された場合に出力されるコネクタ信号CNCTが車両に入力されていると(S100にてYES)、充電ケーブルが車両の外部の電源に接続されているか否かを判定するステップ(S102)と、充電ケーブルが電源に接続されていないと(S102にてNO)、車両に搭載された充電器が異常であるか否かを判定するステップ(S132)とを備える、プログラムを実行する。
