Abstract

 プリン体存在下で各種乳酸菌を培養し、該プリン体の消費量および該プリン体分解物の生産量を測定し、プリン体分解能の顕著な複数の乳酸菌を選抜した。上記選抜によってプリン体分解能が高いと判断された乳酸菌を、プリン体含有飼料で飼育したラットに経口投与し、当該ラットの一般状態および血清尿酸値を測定し、乳酸菌投与による血清尿酸値への影響を検討した。その結果、血清尿酸値の上昇を有意に抑える乳酸菌:Lactobacillus gasseri OLL2959および Lactobacillus oris OLL2779を見出した。
