Abstract
高画質化が可能なパルス特性を維持しながら、多重反射を低減する静電型トランスデューサを備えた超音波探触子及びそれを用いた超音波診断装置を提供する。
静電型トランスデューサを備えた超音波探触子プローブについて、音響レンズの吸収係数をα[dB/mm/MHz]、音響レンズの最大厚さをd[mm]、静電型トランスデューサの中心周波数をfc[MHz]としたときに、6.5/fc<αdの条件を満たし、静電型トランスデューサの1チャンネル当たりのインダクタンス値をL[H]、静電型トランスデューサの1チャンネル当たりの静電容量をC[pF]、静電型トランスデューサの中心周波数をfc[MHz]として、L<1/((3πfc)2×C)の条件を満たすように構成する。
