DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MATERIALS USED IN AN EXAMPLE MODEL 105
One embodiment of system includes two specially made Alternators (figure 1) with an RPM of 1500 which gives 50Kw/h of 23Ov. Two shafts must be protruded from either side with a minimum of 12cm, with teeth engraved on it. no
Another embodiment is a teethed wheel with freewheels (figure 2) with minimum diameter of 58 cm shaped just like a pulley wheel. Teeth should be engraved on the edge of wheels. The center of the wheel has a bearing and is working just like a free us wheel. That means the wheel rotate to one direction only, but the center rotates both directions just as a free wheel. Such a four number of freewheel is needed.
120
The next important embodiments of the system are specially designed buckets with wheel(figure 7) with half opening on the top(figure 3) and an opening at the bottom(Figure 4). It has a minimum of 50cm depth, and have a lid over it. The steel bucket 125 (utensils) which is a box shape, having of minimum of 45 cm length and breadth. The bottom has a slope to the opening, so that the water fully drained out from the bucket. It must have 2cm metal thickness (both side and the bottom). There must be a channel on the surface to move a lid up and down.
130
There is a lid for this bucket such that no water drained out while it is moving. There is a lid holder at four side such that the lid must not come out from the outer surface. And it can also move up and down through the channel and it will not separate 135 since the channel is blocked. There is a hole, which is same as that of the bottom of the bucket (figure 5).
While the bucket is hanging, the lid is in closed position (Figure 6a). It helps to hold the water. But after hitting the bush it 140 becomes in open position (figure 6b). It has two wheel and a hook at the top..
There should be a canvass belt and iron rope of specified length. There is provided a stand to fix alternators and wheels and two 145 tanks at the top of the hill and one at the bottom. Both tanks at top and bottom come opposite to each other. The tanks at the top of the hill should have to place at minimum height of 5
150 meter using pillars. There should be a pressing water tap on the beam made under the tank such that the pressing knob should be outwards. Such two tanks are needed and both are connected by a pipe such that filling in one tank makes the 155 other to be filled. The tank that is at the bottom has two posts, which has two sets of a hook and a rubber bush with one meter difference.
AN EXAMPLE CONSTRUCTION OF POWER PLANT 160
Tie an iron rope on a hook at the top of one of the post that in the hill shoe tank. Put the bucket on the rope such that the bucket can move through the rope by its wheel and tie the other 165 end to the middle of the beam which is at the back side of the tank in high-tension. In same method tie all the other three sets of bucket to corresponding beam at opposite side.
Fix the stand one meter away at the back side of the water tank
170 such that iron ropes should come straight to the wheel stands and the holes. On this stand fix alternators and wheels in a way that the shaft of the alternators must come in touch with the teeth of wheels. The top layer wheels should turn to one direction and bottom layer wheels to opposite direction. The top
175 and bottom layer of the stand must have a difference of one meter (just equal to the difference between the hooks of the post).
180 Connect the two buckets of one side with a canvass belt such that the belt passes through holes and wheels which are on top and bottom layer of one side. Connect the other buckets in the same way. The length of the canvass belt should be minimum, in such a way that the one bucket is at the pressing knob, the
185 other should be at post(touching the rubber bush) in the water tank.
There should be a provision for supply the water to the hilltop tank from the basement tank by using a sufficient strength 190 motor pump. Fill water in both tank with minimum of 2000 litre. Connect a supply line to the motor pump from the alternator to supply water continuously to the hill top tank. This means 200 litre water come down within 90 seconds approximately. So it should be supplied 200 litre of water to the hill top tank.
195
While pressing the knob of the water tap, it fill the bucket and moves down with about 100 litres of water and the tap closes. At the same time the bucket at the other end moves upward. The bucket moves downwards hit the rubber bush and drained 200 out the water into the tank. It continues for both the bucket.
While the bucket moves the canvass belt also moves to and fro and it helps the wheel rotate. Since the wheel rotate the shaft also rotates and thus the alternator.
205
Free wheel rotate both direction In one direction it rotate with load and in opposite direction without load. But the teethed
wheel rotate only if the free wheel rotate with load. That means there is a halt in the working of alternator. To avoid this, second 210 set of buckets starts to move. (For that it should adjust the period of movement of the second set of bucket.) Thus the shaft of alternator continuously rotates and gets a continuous flow of electricity.
215 One more thing is that, while one of the set of buckets moves, the top and bottom wheels also rotate. Here also one wheel rotates clockwise direction and the other in anti clockwise direction Since the bucket moves with load and the other without load and its movement will not be in a fixed period of
220 time. That means it cannot keep a fixed time interval. To avoid . this the wheels are kept move in opposite direction. That means side to side wheels are rotate in same direction, but the top and bottom wheels are rotate in opposite direction. These system combines help the alternators for a continuous and fixed rate of
225 movement. From both of alternators we can access 100Kw/Hr. Some amount would be used for the motor pump and the gain of current is 70Kw/hr.
If the bucket move more than 140 m then it has high 230 acceleration and without step up transformer we get 230V of current.
