Abstract

L'invention concerne une carte sonde à base de systèmes microélectromécaniques (MEMS) (100) pour tester des circuits intégrés au niveau d'une tranche, comprenant une carte de circuits imprimés (1) à travers laquelle une ouverture est formée sur une partie médiane ; au moins deux premières plages d'électrode opposées (3) déposées sur une périphérie de la carte de circuits imprimés (1) ; et un ensemble de tranche disposé autour du centre de la carte de circuits imprimés (1), comprenant une couche de substrat (5) à travers laquelle une ouverture est formée sur une partie médiane ; une couche isolante (7) sur la couche de substrat (5) ; au moins deux secondes plages d'électrode opposées (9) dans la région périphérique de la couche isolante (7) ; et une broche de sonde (11) sur chaque seconde plage d'électrode (9), les premières plage d'électrode (3) et les secondes plage d'électrode (9) étant électriquement interconnectées par un conducteur électrique (13).
