Abstract

 複数のデータ伝送レートのONUに対して特定の帯域要求通知方法に因らずに帯域を割り当てる契機を設けて、各ONUのデータ伝送レート間の上り送信データ遅延の公平性を実現することができる通信装置を得る。データ伝送レートごとに必要な帯域要求量の比率を子局装置20-1~20-nごとに設定された通信品質に基づいて算出し、比率を用いて帯域更新周期をデータ伝送レートごとのスロットに分割する帯域更新周期分割処理部13と、データ伝送レートのスロット内で、対応するデータ伝送レートを有する子局装置20-1~20-nに帯域を割り当てる帯域割当量算出部14と、子局装置20-1~20-nが送信するデータフレームのオーバヘッド長に基づいて、子局装置20-1~20-nのデータの送信開始時刻と送信時間を設定する送信開始時刻算出部15と、を備える。
